2. Store Information FOLD is a Pakistani leather goods brand selling handcrafted wallets, belts, and keychains. We are based in Lahore, Pakistan.
3. Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. Product colors may vary slightly due to the nature of genuine leather and screen display differences. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product will meet your expectations, though we strive to deliver the best craftsmanship possible.
4. Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
5. Payment We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
Orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed after payment is confirmed. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Order Confirmation Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, with a full refund or no charge applied if payment was already made.
7. Shipping We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
8. Exchanges & Returns All sales are subject to our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds. Personalized or embossed products cannot be exchanged. Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.
9. Personalized Orders Orders with custom embossing or personalization are final. We are not responsible for errors in personalization details submitted by the customer. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
10. Accuracy of Information We reserve the right to refuse any order if we believe the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
11. Prohibited Use You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any harmful or malicious content through our platform.
