1. Delivery Locations We ship all across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Charges
- Orders above Rs. 2,990 qualify for free delivery
- Orders below Rs. 2,990 will have a delivery charge applied at checkout
3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. For bank transfer orders, processing begins after payment is verified. For COD orders, processing begins immediately after order placement.
4. Delivery Time Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days
- Other cities and remote areas: 3–5 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier's website.
6. Courier Service We work with reputable courier partners across Pakistan. The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your location.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. In case of a returned COD order, the customer may be required to pay delivery charges for reshipping.
8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged parcel. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
